What we collect

We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any sensitive types of information. This does however include your name, organization, designation, country and email address.

Why we collect it

We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with the information that you have asked to receive. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

How long we keep it

Your personal data will be kept with us until you unsubscribe from the list.

What we do with it

Your personal data will be used to provide you with information regarding the latest news, publications, findings on research studies and events on Regional Trade and Agricultural Transformation in the Bay of Bengal Countries.

All the personal data collected is processed by our staff at IFPRI - South Asia Regional Office, NASC Complex, CG Block, Dev Prakash Shastri Road (Opp. Todapur), Pusa, New Delhi 110012 India.  For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers provided by a third-party mailing list management service.  Some of the servers that host your personal data may be located in countries (including the United States) that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of your home country. We will take appropriate steps to make sure that our service providers act in accordance with applicable law.

Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties.

What your rights are

You can unsubscribe from the Regional Trade and Agricultural Transformation in the Bay of Bengal Countries mailing list at any time via the link that is included in every mailing. Once you unsubscribe, you will not receive any more mailings from this list.
