IFPRI Researchers Recognized by IAAE for Lifetime Contributions

IFPRI RESEARCHERS RECOGNIZED BY IAAE FOR LIFETIME CONTRIBUTIONS

Three researchers at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) were recognized today with prestigious awards from the International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE).

Agnes QuisumbingClaudia Ringler, and Johan Swinnen have been selected as Honorary Lifetime Members (HLMs) of the International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE) for the 2018-2021 triennium. The award is the highest honor granted by the association, bestowed in recognition of career achievements and contributions to the field of agricultural economics generally as well as to the association itself.

The awards will be presented during the International Conference of Agricultural Economists, August 17-31, 2021.
